A game developed by Tango Gameworks The Evil Within is a survival game for the third person horror. The game is currently available on PlayStation3, PlayStation4, Xbox360, Xbox One and the Microsoft windows.
The horror plot
While a police detective Sebastian Canstellos investigates a murder case his associates transfer to a world unreal to the perception. Upon the reuniting from Joseph it is henceforth it for revealed that Joseph suffers a condition wherein he transforms to a murderer while Joseph can control for most of the times he still warns Sebastian to flee if he somehow transforms. After that all the officers unite several incidents take place upon the happenings of which the story proceeds and finally through the ending it is seen that Kidman gets up called by Sebastian’s wife and he tells the administrator that they weren’t going to any place to which the administrator replies “no one is”
The gameplay
The story is laid out in the form of chapters wherein different players compete in the scenarios through role playing to enter into the next levels. Since the game is third person various forms of the activities take place in the third person perspective the key dangers of the game are bear traps, the wire traps, bombs and the traps of spikes. The main antagonist of the game is Ruvik. The protagonist of the game Sebastian Canstellos has to with strategy has to use his circumstances and his environment to tackle the situations for survival. Canstellos with the game also gets various supply which boost health throughout the game through “Green Gel”. The player can use various weapons like freezing guns, electrocuting equipments, blinding weapons and other factors.
The game was received with positive reception through masses. The game became the second game in the best selling category in USA.
