Overcooked 2 is a cooking simulation video game released in August 2018 on windows, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and on Nintendo Switch platforms. Overcooked 2 is a sequel to the game Overcooked! which was released in 2016 and is developed by Team 17 and Ghost Town games. The game is a cooking based simulation game which means it allows the players to prepare and cook recipes in the game.

- Teams of a maximum of four players need to cook in different restaurants in the game. Players need to prepare ingredients and do tasks in order to do so, cook them, arrange them on plates and serve to the right tables using a conveyer belt.
- All the cooking activities can be done in such a manner that players can interact during their process. The games involve cooking, making and serving food in different levels which gets tougher one by one.
- The different levels come with different numbers of tasks, different restaurants with different themes, different chef costumes, and also the recipes.
- Overcooked 2 can also be played in multiplayer mode with other real-time players online, the players can form a team to complete the levels in online multiplayer.
